B.S. Degree in a Technical Field-usually engineering or science-that provides a strong knowledge of the scientific method and great troubleshooting skills. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: All of our technicians have passed all 9 of Microsoft's certification exams covering all aspects of computer networking. At least 3 years of experience working as a computer tech. Excellent Attitude and Character: We look for technicians who are eager to please and understand the value of customer service and long-term relationships.
